URGENT! Help Needed from Graduates of 2004 & 2009
If you are the parent of a student, or are a student, who graduated from Menomonie High School in 2004 or 2009 we need your help! Each year we do a one-year and a five-year graduate survey as a part of our education improvement process. It is a chance for our graduates to let us know what they thought of their high school education.
We did a notification mailing in December and our second request was mailed on January 20th. Response is down this year. As a cost saving measure, we gave graduates the option of returning a hard copy or going online to complete the survey. It only takes about 10 minutes to complete.
When the letter arrives: If you are a parent of a student not living at home, please contact and encourage your student to complete the survey online. If you are a student, please complete and return the survey or go online to complete the survey at the following link.
